In reference to my previous post at Bulua Sex Video Scandal
and as much as i do not want to comment anymore on this Cagayan de Oro Bulua Sex Scandal; it gaved me no choice but to say it to the public that we indeed have high ranking idiot police officers. I hope you will still be able to read it at this time cause the site does not seem to found anmore but google stores its cached copy.

I am really disturbed of the number of cds they have actually confiscated. Its like they are very proud on the number of cds that were confiscated with the title bulua sex scandal. They have confiscated 3 (three) not three hundred, not three thousand, just three and they are damn proud of it. Come on, its like there are hundreds of them circulating in the city. See how stupid they are, they only confiscated the cds with the title "Bulua Sex Scandal" how about the other non-bulua porno cds which are much worse than that of the Bulua Scandal Sex video.

RCB intensifies drive vs cyber sex

Cagayan de Oro City (3 February) -- WITH the disturbing issue on cyber sex, the city government of Cagayan de Oro, through the Regulatory and Complaint Board (RCB) intensifies its drive to inspect all Internet cafes in the city.

RCB chair and city administrator Estreela Sagaral said the board instructed its four inspection teams to check, inspect, and monitor all the Internet cafes in the city whether or not these cafes are tolerating and allowing cyber sex.

Sagaral said RCB’s inspection teams started their drive, in cooperation with the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG-10) last week.

In another development, Sagaral reported that the CIDG and Cagayan de Oro Police Office’s anti-vice division confiscated three compact disks of the “Bulua Sex Scandal” and will continue their drive to eliminate porno CDs in the market.

Sagaral also extended her gratitude to COCPO’s new director, Sr. Supt. Honorio Cervantes, and CIDG’s new director, Francisco Tique, for their support to lessen immorality in the city. (City Information Office/Ragcom) [top]
